These Terms govern your use of the websites (clickaura.co.in, clickaura.tech), products and APIs of ClickAura. This is a template — review it with legal counsel before final publication.

1. Acceptance

By using our websites, products or APIs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Our products & services

• Websites: company information, product showcase, demos, updates and API documentation.
• Apps & platforms: provided under their own licence/subscription terms shown at purchase or onboarding.
• API: access is granted only after approval, subject to documented rate limits and acceptable use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer (except where law permits), overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not use our APIs or products for unlawful activity, spam, or to harm other users.
• API keys are personal to the approved party — do not share or resell them.

4. Client projects

For commissioned work, deliverables, timelines, payment and intellectual-property ownership are governed by the individual project agreement signed with the client.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and code on our websites and products remain the property of ClickAura or its licensors, except where explicitly licensed otherwise. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Financial or trading features (where present) are informational tools, not investment advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClickAura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. API access may be revoked for breach of acceptable use.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
